Laguna Folkdancers Festival

Syrtaki at Laguna Fest 2011
Syrtaki performing at the festival in 2011
Every year in early February we host Southern California's premier folk dance festival.

The Laguna Folkdancers Festival, which runs from Friday evening through Sunday afternoon, features dance workshops with master teachers, dance parties with both live and recorded music, performances, and lots of great food!

Note to foreign performing groups:  If you happen to be in Southern California in early February, we'd love to give you free admission to the festival and 12 minutes to perform at the dance concert.  However, we are a small group, so we can't provide any help with transportation, lodgings, or food during your stay.

Our next festival will be February 1-3, 2013.  Click here for full details.

Madison Avenue Folk

Very possibly the only international folk dance band with a marimba, Madison Avenue Folk is our very own "house band".
If you are a local musician, MAF needs you!
