About us
Laguna Folkdancers is an international folk dance club that meets on Sunday evenings in beautiful Laguna Beach (except in the summer and for special events, when we frequently meet in Laguna Woods). Friendly people, great teachers, fun dances, good exercise, great music... what more could you ask?

"Going Away" Party with live music by Eastern Exposure!
Laura and David are leaving us to start their new life in the Pacific Northwest. Sounds like a good excuse for a party! Hosted by Laguna Folkdancers and the inimitable duo of Laura Bremer & David Carman. Live music, lots of food, no charge.

Laguna Folkdancers Festival

Every year in early February we host Southern California's premier folk dance festival.
The Laguna Folkdancers Festival, which runs from Friday evening through Sunday afternoon, features dance workshops with master teachers, dance parties with both live and recorded music, performances, and lots of great food!
Our next festival will be February 1-3, 2013. Check back this summer for more information.

Madison Avenue Folk
Very possibly the only international folk dance band with a marimba, Madison Avenue Folk is our very own "house band".
